Rascal is a modern bistro bar + cafe located in Central Christchurch. You can pop in at any time for food + drinks, from coffee + cake, brunch or lunch to dinner or maybe even just for a beer, wine or cocktail. Our menus have been designed to ensure minimal waste – therefore we forage ingredients, we grow our own flowers + herbs and of course we buy local seasonal produce when its in abundance to not only use now but to make shrubs and dehydrate to use later on.
