Sitting at the intersection of food, design and art, we design and manfacture practical enduring products that will be by your side for your creative adventures for years to come. A lucky coin is sewn into each item, bringing luck and safety to its owner. Our range of practical workwear is available online and in select stores. Matt Nash Uniform also creates custom uniforms for cafés, retail stores, restaurants and even ceramicists, winemakers and woodworkers. Zenthai Shiatsu is a fusion of 3 healing modalities. It is inspired by the energetics of zen shiatsu, the fluidity of Thai Massage and the precision of musculo-skeletal intergration techniques. We are able to cherry pick from each modality to tailor each session to your body-minds specific needs.

Bread has undergone a complete transformation over the last century in terms of how it's made and its nutritional value has largely been lost along the way. Our focus is to bake nutrient-dense loaves that are practical for everyday family life. Time and sourdough fermentation are key ingredients to bake the most nutritious bread. We bake sourdough bread only with organic whole-grain flour grown in Canterbury. We love working with local growers to source seasonal ingredients that we use to prepare artisan sandwiches, house made cookies and sweet loaves. Serving delicious Flight coffee. Open Wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-2:30pm.
