Karikari Ora is a kaupapa Māori wellbeing practice creating spaces for people to return to themselves through breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga and mindful movement, rongoā appreciation and connection. Our mahi is grounded in aroha, manaakitanga and kotahitanga, with a focus on creating safe, inclusive and culturally connected experiences that support wellbeing, reflection and connection to self, whānau and te taiao. Karikari Ora offers individual, group and community-based experiences and can tailor sessions to meet the needs and learning intentions of different groups.
